2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ggslot account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ggslot will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of dormancy fees.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives offered by ggslot are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount. 6.2 Bonus Abuse

6.3 Promotion Eligibility

ggslot reserves the right to limit eligibility for specific promotions to certain player segments, geographic locations within the Philippines, or registration cohorts. Promotions may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. Players who have been placed on self-exclusion or who have requested a cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or claim bonuses during the exclusion period.

6.4 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from a bonus is capped at five (5) times the value of the original bonus credited to the account. Any winnings in excess of this cap that are attributed to bonus play may be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal request.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability

13 Termination

Upon termination of an account for cause, ggslot reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to forfeit bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method net of any amounts properly forfeited, subject to the resolution of any outstanding investigation and applicable regulatory requirements.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations of either party that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the Electronic Commerce Act of 2000 (Republic Act No. 8792).

If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's player dispute resolution procedures. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led mediation process.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ggslot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ggslot will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the ggslot website or by sending an email to the address registered to your account. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.
